Industry Day FAQ

Industry Day 2025 will look a little different than previous years. New this year, we will hold an engaging panel discussion featuring our SWIFT partners and experts from HRSD’s Operations, Engineering, and Procurement departments on the elements and impacts of SWIFT. With a continued focus on networking, there will be ample time to connect with your peers and potential partners before and after the panel. As always, our aim for Industry Day is to equip you with the information you need to succeed not only on the SWIFT program but also on HRSD contracts.

Parking is available in the lot in front of the hotel. Look for the SWIFT Industry Day signs upon arrival.

We’re sorry to hear you can’t attend Industry Day! If you’d like to receive information about the event such as the slide deck, we recommend keeping your profile active. The event is free, and we would love to have your colleague attend. Please ensure they register in advance so we can have an accurate email address on file and nametag ready upon arrival.  

Think of SWIFT Industry Day as an opportunity to ‘speed-date’ different vendors, contractors, suppliers, and HRSD personnel. Last year we had 50 SWaM attendees, 100+ contractors, 30+ suppliers, and 43+ vendors attend.

Yes! We will provide a floorplan of where each of the booths will be set up, allowing you to identify key contacts and plan your conversations.

Absolutely! You can sign up for a tour under your profile. Select the person icon in the top right of your screen and then you can modify from there. If you’re uncertain about which tour to choose, you can always register on the day of the event. If you’re interested in touring a construction site, please know you must bring your own personal protective equipment (hard hat, high visibility vest, closed-toe shoes, safety goggles/sunglasses [Z87] and work gloves).

Business casual is the preferred dress code.
